Why Invest in the North of England?

PPP UK is based in York and London, which is perfectly placed right in the middle of our northern investment area and also located where most of our clients reside.

The North has many economically thriving cities which makes investing in them very attractive. The government itself is investing heavily in the North through its scheme ‘Northern Powerhouse’ which boosts local economies in the area through improving skills, innovation, transport and culture.

We focus our sourcing in Yorkshire and the North East, where we have expert knowledge and a 25 year track record of investing in the following towns and cities:

Leeds, Harrogate, Ripon, York, Barnsley, Sheffield, Darlington, Bradford, Huddersfield, Dewsbury, Wakefield.

The fact is the North provides much better investment opportunities than the South. House prices in the North are increasing and have potential capital growth but also provide greater rental yields than the South.

Will I own the property that you source?

Yes, we simply source the property and provide assistance during the purchase process.

What type of properties do you source?

We predominantly specialise in finding strong single-let investments for our client, with the intention of refurbing and renting them out on a medium to long term basis. This model allows you to refinance and repeat to expand your BTL portfolio!

We do work with a select number of clients who engage us to source properties for HMO purposes, but this is done case-by-case depending on your investment criteria.    

How and where do you source your properties?

We use our wealth of experience and local contacts to source properties that are on and off-market.

What if I'm not based in North of England?

That isn't a problem as we can source, refurb (if needed) and manage your property, therefore you can get a completely hands-off investment experience from wherever you are in the UK. 

Do you work with foreign clients?

Yes, we work with clients based in the UK and abroad. 

How much do I need to invest?

We work with clients with an investment budget of £45,000 and over. This ensures the available funds are available to cover property purchase and any refurbishment work that might be required.
