The team at PPP UK are trained investors that specialise in investing in the North of England. Our team will hold your hand and guide you through every step of your property investment journey.

PPP UK was founded by Nick Smith and Sean Walsh. Nick is a seasoned investor and has built his portfolio mostly based in Yorkshire and the surrounding areas over the last 25 years. The North offers great and varied opportunities for investing with good returns and equity increases. Sean has a marketing-led background that spans over 10 years, concentrated specifically in the finance and property sectors. He has over 7 years of property investing experience.

We specialise in creating wealth through property and have a track record of using a number of different strategies. We specialise in single let properties and co-living opportunities.

We have a tried and tested power team at your disposal which we will share with you, including experienced builders, solicitors and tax advisors.

Nick is a full-time property investor and owner of property development and investment company Saltbox Living Ltd which specialises in building and creating well-designed functional co-living properties for the working professional and high end serviced accommodation throughout England.

Nick is a serial entrepreneur creating and running and selling numerous businesses throughout his working life. He specialised in taking loss-making companies and turning them around and making them profitable before selling on as a going concern. He has also spent time working in the corporate world working as the Manufacturing Director of Europe & Asia for FTSE 250 PLC.

Nick has been investing in property for over 25 years. He has a single let portfolio and a number of holiday lets throughout the UK and Europe. Since 2008 Nick has focussed on developing and building properties, with a more recent direction change into Co-Living properties.
